Philosophy of Sister Nivedita Nursing Academy

The academy believes that –

The orientation of modern nursing is holistic care which includes therapeutic, educative as well as a dynamic process in meeting the health needs of the Individual, Family and the Community.

The nurses should be equipped with advanced practice in Nursing and Midwifery to play an integrated role by generating and applying innovative care to the patients in Hospital as well as in the Community at large.

The Philosophy of the Academy is to prepare the Nurses with effective communication and leadership skills in the inter-professional field to promote positive changes in the hospital to provide quality care and services to the patients.
